Home-base

Though it is suggested that each child have the opportunity to experience an environment different from home, I understand that at times the best place to be is home. For this reason after an assessment of needs and if beneficial for the participant, Annie provides high-quality home-base sessions to chronically ill individuals of all ages over the course of 8 weeks. At the end of this period, subsequent sessions can be held in the studio if appropriate or can be extended at home.

InCommunity

Picture
We foster connections within the diversity of everyday people in the neighborhoods in an effort to help build our great communities and create awareness of the richness that the expressive arts provide. We work with artists willing to share their own studio space with our clients. The participants are lead by me assisted at times by the local artist to live an experience of growth, creativity, and transformation inside the artist’s studio space.
If you are a professional artist with a studio /gallery space and would like to partner with Annie for this project please contact me.  As the host artist, you will have the opportunity for exposure of your work within your immediate community/neighbors and they will have the opportunity to experience working inside a professional studio while you support their growth goals.

Groups are held based on available funding, donations or grants.

** It is well known and documented that parents/care-givers play the most important role in the child’s development. For this reason, at Annie we’ll do our best to support you. Your presence is not required during the sessions unless otherwise advised. However, your participation in the process of a successful experience is important. We encourage your follow-up and involvement outside the Annie space as well as your feedback.
